In collaboration with the Ephorate of Antiquities of Cyclades, as part of the Green Cultural Routes 2025 action, we invite you to an enjoyable guided tour of the ancient tower in Agios Petros and the archaeological site of Zagora on Saturday May 24th 2025. During these visits, we will highlight the natural factors that determined the location of the monuments/sites and examine the impact of the monuments on their environment over time. The choice of their location and the impact they have on the landscape will be a topic of discussion. 

Access to Zagora is on foot from Stavropeda via a 3.2km detour section of route 7.

All participants need to come with their own means of transportation to the meeting points.

As part of the action, the Ephorate of Antiquities of Cyclades will carry out an educational program in Taxiarchis of Messaria for the students of the local primary school on May 22nd 2025.
