Welcome to Andros Routes volunteer actions!

Are you interested in learning how to maintain a hiking route? How to maintain the signs? How do damages and problems on the routes are recorded? How to raise public awareness about the precious heritage of Andros?

If yes, then we invite you to step into the role of Route Angel, the route caretaker, for 1 day, 1 week or 1 month! All we will need from you is some of your time and above all your enthusiasm and active participation!

Short-term Route Angels are trained and help maintain signage. Duties, activities, location and period of participation are in consultation with the volunteers and as needed.

We need your help in:
Maintenance of wooden signs
Recording work done in a special application for mobile phones
Reporting problems or damages in routes and signage
Raising awareness among visitors and residents about routes, hiking and cultural heritage.
