On Friday, October 25, 2024, a visit of the participants of the Regen retreats, which was held on our island between October 23 and 27, 2024, took place at our headquarters in Agios Spyridon. The participants from various countries, accompanied by the Co-Founders of Regen Retreats Dimitrios Kokkinis, Katy Battern and John Fullerton, attended the presentation of the project of the Andros Research Center from 2009 established until today, live by Alexandros Mavis and online by Olga Karagianni. After the short presentation and the video screening from the 2nd Andros on Foot Festival, which took our guests on a journey through the landscapes and traditions of Andros, the attendees had the opportunity to ask questions about the challenges we face in our actions and efforts to preserve the natural and cultural heritage of Andros.

The visit ended with a treat, which included, for symbolic reasons, Andriotic lemonade and pasteli, so that the presentation of this something special that the visitors to our place would experience for our island would also contain another sense beyond sight and hearing. This taste!
